Privacy Policy
PokerBFF is operated by Sidebet Solutions Inc. This policy covers our pre-launch waitlist — the email sign-up on this site. A fuller policy will accompany the product itself when it launches. PokerBFF is pure poker training: no gambling, no real-money play.
What we collect
For the waitlist, we collect the minimum needed to email you and to prove you consented:
- Your email address.
- A consent record: the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, your chosen language, and your confirmation and unsubscribe status.
We do not collect or store your IP address, device or browser details, or location, and we do not use tracking cookies or build any behavioural profile of you.
Why we use it
We use your address for one purpose: to email you about PokerBFF — launch news and early access. We confirm every sign-up with a double opt-in email, so you only hear from us if you actually asked to. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can leave at any time.
No advertising
We do not run advertising. We use no ad networks, no advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not profile you or target ads. Your address is never used to market anything other than PokerBFF itself.
We don't sell or share your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes — including Google. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any Google advertising or analytics product on this site.
Service providers
A small number of vendors process data strictly on our behalf, only to deliver their service to us, under contract — they may not use it for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and bot protection (the verification challenge some visitors see).
- Amazon SES — delivery of our confirmation and update emails.
These providers may store and process data in the United States. We share with them only what is necessary to run the waitlist.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until you unsubscribe, after which we stop emailing you. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email privacy@sidebetsolutions.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and we collect as little of it as possible in the first place.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here.
