Terms of Use
PokerBFF is operated by Sidebet Solutions Inc. These terms cover our pre-launch waitlist — the email sign-up on this site. Fuller terms will accompany the product itself when it launches. PokerBFF is pure poker training: no gambling, no real-money play.
What this is
Right now PokerBFF is a pre-launch waitlist that does one thing: collect your email so we can tell you when we deal the first hand. There is no product, account, or paid service here yet — just the sign-up.
Joining the waitlist
By submitting your email and ticking the consent box, you ask us to send you PokerBFF news and early-access invitations, and you confirm the address is yours. We confirm every sign-up with a double opt-in email. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and the link is in every message we send.
Acceptable use
Please don't submit someone else's address without permission, sign up in a way that's automated or abusive, or try to disrupt or probe the site. We may remove any address from the waitlist at our discretion — for example if it bounces, was added without consent, or is used to abuse the service.
No gambling
PokerBFF is a skill-building and study tool. It involves no gambling and no real-money play, and nothing here is betting, financial, or professional advice.
The waitlist is provided "as is"
This pre-launch site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise a launch date, continuous availability, or that joining the waitlist guarantees access to the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidebet Solutions Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site.
Privacy
Your email and consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives here. Continuing to use the site or stay on the waitlist means you accept the latest version.
